We use your information to operate and improve Candoxa, process opinion activations, enable gifting, and communicate with you about updates or security matters. We also use data to analyze engagement across the ecosystem.

Sharing of Information

We may share information with service providers that support hosting, analytics, or payments. We do not sell personal data. Blockchain data is public by design and cannot be deleted.

Security and Storage

We use encryption and secure systems to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for protecting your wallet, private keys, and recovery phrases.

User Rights

You may request deletion of personal data that Candoxa holds off-chain, such as email addresses. On-chain Memory Proofs are permanent and cannot be removed. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
